Ticketing Information

NON-TICKETED EVENTS:

Most education matinees and tours: These are group reservations meaning we arrive as a group at the time designated by the venue and are seated or enter as a group. ALL communication and interaction with the Venue is done by Admin (or designated person by Admin) and must be paid in one payment, typically required in advance, and based on confirmed/guaranteed headcount.

  • No individual tickets are distributed
  • If someone arrives late, it is the venue’s discretion for allowing late arrival/entry. Most of the time if the event is a show and IF late entry is allowed you will NOT be seated with the group.
  • Meeting instructions are provided within 1-2 days of the event on the event detail page on the App. They are not sent until final instructions are received from the venue. It is your responsibility to monitor messages for updates.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Our arrival times are based on the venue’s request. By honoring their request, in almost every case we have some of the best seats in the house!! Typically our arrival time is 45-60 minutes prior to performance start times and about 15 minutes early for tours
    • Most kids either enjoy time visiting with each other or bring something to keep themselves occupied. Many bring a book to read or school work if easily transportable.
  • We start all events ON TIME. If the event start is listed as 11:00 but the meeting time is by 10:45, the venue is welcome to start any time they are ready after 10:45.
  • When our group is called for seating, we will proceed with or without you and the venue will determine whether or not they seat you or allow late admission.
  • There are no refunds for running late so please plan accordingly for traffic and other possible delays. If you are in an accident or stuck in traffic, please contact us via text at 678-879-3809 so we can advise the venue

NOTE ABOUT FREE EVENTS:

We have recently had a few issues with some families making reservations and not showing up for these opportunities, so please note these reminders:

  • This is disrespectful to the venue and to our group of families.
  • When you make a reservation to attend an event, you are holding these spaces from being available for another family
  • The venue, especially for tours, makes accommodations for staffing these events based on headcount.
  • In many cases, arrival for an event or tour with less than the confirmed headcount will result in the venue cancelling the event/tour on arrival and sending the group home – it is not acceptable to subject other families to this because you “forgot”.
  • If you have a problem with being committed to attending these events, you will be at risk of no longer allowed to pre-register for free events and at risk of removal from this group.
  • Under NO circumstances is it appropriate to just not show up or to cancel in the last 24-48 hours when there is little opportunity for another family to take your place.
  • Many of our events require security checks and there is no way to accomplish that 24-48 hours before the event.
  • Most importantly – your kids and our kids are watching and learning from adult behavior….don’t teach them to be irresponsible and disrespectful to others; teach them commitment means fulfilling the commitment unless there is a compelling emergency situation and even then…you communicate rather than just not showing up!

TICKETED EVENTS:

Each venue has different policies and always subject to change, but most venues are now digital tickets only. As this information is available, we will add here for ease in making sure you have the Apps downloaded for events you are attending. Unfortunately, they do not all use the same App….

Find Apps in your device specific App Store, download and create an account so you are ready for ticket transfers:

  • Fox Theatre Atlanta App: Download App from the App Store and set up your account. You will receive notification via text or email to accept your tickets and add to your mobile wallet from the notification. Your tickets are available under “My Account” in the Fox Theatre Atlanta App. Marquee Club tickets are transferred the same as show tickets. Parking is currently still forwarded as a pdf file via private chat on the HFC-VIP app.
  • Atlanta Symphony Orchestra – Powered by Ticketmaster: You will receive show tickets and/or parking thru the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra account and follow those directions for adding to your mobile wallet.
  • Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center (main events not education matinees) – most shows are ticketed thru the Powered by Ticketmaster platform.
  • AXS Mobile (Gas South District) – Download App from the App Store and set up your account. Tickets are transferred to your designated email address/cell phone.
  • State Farm Arena – Powered by Ticketmaster: You will receive show tickets and/or parking thru the State Farm Arena App. You will receive an email/text at transfer and follow those directions for adding the tickets to your mobile wallet
  • Cirque du Soleil App – Tickets are transferred to your designated email address and you add to your mobile wallet from the email.
  • Atlanta Braves – Download the MLB App from the App Store, set up an account and tickets are transferred to your account for mobile delivery access.
