Cancellation/Refund Policy

Events can be cancelled with full refund if request is received 45 days or more from event date and/or before we provide contracted headcount to venue (whichever is earlier) as long as there is not a noted “non-refundable deposit” required for event. The exception is any ticketed event (i.e. Fox, ASO, Cobb) cannot be refunded once your seats have been ticketed.

  • If we are held liable for your reservation, we cannot refund you
  • RSVPs for HFC only events cannot be sold to non-HFC members unless the event is an individually ticketed event (i.e. Fox Broadway shows) because there is no way to ensure the non-member will have and follow meeting instructions. We cannot have our group’s ability to attend affected by non-members not following directions.
    • You can post tickets available for sale (please check to see if there is a waitlist on the event detail page)
    • You can notify admin of tickets available for gifting to an HFC family.
      • We keep a private list of families with known special circumstances to contact on short notice. These are families we know to be facing various struggles. Blessing them with gifted tickets are HUGE opportunities for their children and they are so grateful!! It’s always amazing how gifting continues to multiply….families blessed typically come back to blessing others once their struggle is resolved and they are able to do so.
  • Please note!!!! If you are a recurrent last minute cancellation, no-show, repeatedly don’t respond to messages/requests for info/confirmation/payments/etc, or leave Admin with a balance due for your reservations, you will be removed from this group with no refund available. This problem has been created by a very few number of families, but the financial impact to Admin has been devastating in one case and has had to become a ZERO tolerance issue.
